HVAC INSTALLER
Job Responsibilities:
*Install new/replacement equipment (including, but not limited to: Residential Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Mini-Split Systems & Light Commercial including rooftops
*Fabricate Ductwork
*Install Condensate Drains, Flues & Vents, Refrigerant Piping & Gas Piping
*Understand Line & Low Voltage Wiring, controls & programming
*Other job-related tasks: brazing, threading pipe, soldering, etc.
*Read & understand construction drawings & cut sheets
*Test & start-up new HVAC equipment
*Communicate & interact with customers & co-workers in a respectful professional manner
*Maintain acceptable appearance & manners
*Follow all safety procedures & precautions
*Train & teach less experienced co-workers
*Perform physical activities required to complete job (climb ladders, lift heavy materials, etc)
*Report to work on time & as scheduled
*Report to & take direction from Owner & general manager
*Work in association with other company divisions.
Requirements:
*3+ years experience in HVAC
*Capability of working independently with little supervision
*Work well with others & be a Team Member as well as Leader
*Possess a valid driver's license & clean driving record.

ROUGH IN PLUMBER
Job Responsibilities:
*Install new/replacement plumbing systems for Residential & Light Commercial
*Knowledge of local & state plumbing codes (beneficial but not required)
*Digging, installing, testing, & backfilling underground sanitary
*Rough-in of new drain, waste, & vent (DWV) & domestic water piping
*Threading, installing & testing of gas piping
*Setting & hook up of toilets, urinals, sinks, drinking fountains
*Install water heaters, recirculation pump, tankless water heater, sump pumps, & water filtration systems
*Read & understand construction drawings & cut sheets
*Communicate & interact with customers & co-workers in a respectful professional manner
*Maintain acceptable appearance & manners
*Follow all safety procedures & precautions
*Train & teach less experienced co-workers
*Perform physical activities required to complete job (climb ladders, lift heavy materials, etc)
*Report to work on time & as scheduled
*Report to & take direction for Owner & general manager
*Work in association with other company divisions.
Requirements:

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibilities:
*Troubleshoot residential & commercial HVAC equipment.
*Perform necessary repairs
*Provide a clean work environment / truck
*Communicate with customer upon completion of work and answer any questions or concerns
*Complete and submit all paperwork as required within timely manner
*Collect (in some cases) payment for work performed
*Maintain truck inventory and promptly restock parts and supplies (provide list of needed parts/supplies to office for ordering)
*Keep service vehicle organized and clean at all times, notifying office when repairs & maintenance are needed.
*Communicate with office after each call with call’s status (informing the office if call is completed, parts need ordered or if call will need to be rescheduled) and receive instructions for next job
*Perform equipment installations if/when needed

*Maintain acceptable appearance & manners
